Rita suggested listing <br /> the range of the position to allow for flexibility in paying someone <br /> with experience , Rita also commented that the ad was too wordy and <br /> that words cost money. Currently, there is not a set policy on the <br /> development of ads by Personnel,, therefore, Rita Sousa proposed used that <br /> all ads be developed and sent out by Personnel .
