Umina to submit to Bob Whritenour a signed <br /> written agreement from Union with changes as well as a signed <br /> statement •ley Union members that no grievance will be filed . Panel <br /> will move forward to set date for interviewing. <br /> Employment Advr*tisi.n Content <br /> With reference to the recent Data Collector* ad developed by Assess- <br /> ing, Rita commented that we should not be advertising with an annual <br /> salary but should be citing the hourly rate . Rita suggested listing <br /> the range of the position to allow for flexibility in paying someone <br /> with experience , Rita also commented that the ad was too wordy and <br /> that words cost money. Currently, there is not a set policy on the <br /> development of ads by Personnel,, therefore, Rita Sousa proposed used that <br /> all ads be developed and sent out by Personnel .
