Norma K. <br /> seconded the motion . All were In favor . <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MATRON JOB DESCRIPTION <br /> Norma, K. moved to accept the Matron Job Description. Carole D. <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> ACCEP'T'ANCE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION <br /> Carole D . moved to accept the Community Development Administrator <br /> Job Description. Norma. K. seconded the motion. All were in favor . <br /> RATING OF POSITIONS : ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR <br /> The board Rated the Economic Development Coordinator as a Grade 12 <br /> at $14 . 79/hr . Norma K. moved to accept the rating of Grade 12 - <br /> Step I at $14 . 79/hr . Carole D. seconded the motion. Grade 3 under the Clerical Union . The board agreed that since <br /> this is a new position within the Town of Mashpee that it should be <br /> posted .in house and all were in agreement . Carole D. moved to <br /> accept the ,fob description and rating ofthe Senior Clerk II <br /> position as a Grade 3 under the Clerical Union. Norma K. seconded <br /> the motion .
