MINUTES PERSONNEL BOARD MAS PEE TOWN HALL Marsch. 28 , 1996 The following board. members were present : Joe Della. ala, Chairman, Norma, Kumin, Carole Dun/ivan, and Marilyn Farren, Personnel Administrator Chairman Della. ala, convened the meeting at 9 : 10 a.m. ACCEPTANCE OF PERSONNEL, MINUTES OF MARCH 2 , 1996 Carole D . moved to accept the minutes of March 20 , 1996 . Norma K. seconded the motion . All were In favor . ACCEPTANCE OF MATRON JOB DESCRIPTION Norma, K. moved to accept the Matron Job Description. Carole D. seconded the motion. All were in favor. ACCEP'T'ANCE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION Carole D . moved to accept the Community Development Administrator Job Description. Norma. K. seconded the motion. All were in favor . RATING OF POSITIONS : ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR The board Rated the Economic Development Coordinator as a Grade 12 at $14 . 79/hr . Norma K. moved to accept the rating of Grade 12 - Step I at $14 . 79/hr . Carole D. seconded the motion. All were i favor. INTERPRETIVE TOUR GUIDE ( 2 POSITIONS The board agreed that the two positions of Interpretive Tour Guide be rated under Temporary Seasonal Help under Appendix C of the P.A.P. at a rate of $1 . r . Grade 3 under the Clerical Union . The board agreed that since this is a new position within the Town of Mashpee that it should be posted .in house and all were in agreement . Carole D. moved to accept the ,fob description and rating ofthe Senior Clerk II position as a Grade 3 under the Clerical Union. Norma K. seconded the motion . All were In favor .
