k MINUTES PERSONNEL BOARD 470 MAID ST, MA HPE may 15 , 1996 The following board members were present : Toe Deilagala, Chairman, Ron Levine, Derma Kumin, and Carole Dunivan Chairman Della.gala convened the meeting at 9 : 00 a.m. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM MAY 9 , 1996 Ron L. moved to accept the minutes of May 9 , 1996 . Carole D. seconded the motion. All were in Favor. UPDATE ON PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCHER INTERVIEWS Interviews originally scheduled for May 13 , 1996 were postponed and will be rescheduled at a future date . UPDATE ON SEASONAL POSITIONS WITH MA HP E LEISURE SERVTCES Norma K. informed. the board that she had ret with Gus Fredricks o Leasure Services regarding job descriptions for lifeguards and gate tenders . There were a few changes in job descriptions that Gus F. will make a, P rc riate changes o. Interviews wild conducted in the near future for two lifeguards a.nd two gate attendants . All other previous personnel will be returning for employment . UPDATE ON FIREFIGHTER INTERVIEWS Carole D . informed the board that interviews for firefighters were }geld on Monday, May 13 , 1996 at Christ the King Church. Eight firefighters were interviewed for the position. Carole D. will update the board with the results as she is informed.. SENIOR CLERK POSITION Bob whritencur will talk to the Union regarding posting of the pas it�_on.. The board was in agreement that in being consistent the should e posted in house . Carole D . roved. that the position position for Senior Clerk in the Tax Collector' s office should be posted in house according to existing rules and regulations . Ron L . seconded the motion a All were in. favor . A copy of these minutes will be forwarded_ to the Selectmen Liaison for the Personnel Doa.rd.. PRTORTTY LIST UPDATE The card was in agreement to make various notations on their ideas from the fast of prioritles provided. y Marilyn P.
