MINUTES PERSONNEL BOARD 470 MAIN ST. MASHPEE May 30 , 1996 The following board members were present : Joe Dellagala, Chairman, Ron Levine , Norma Kumin, Carole Dunivan, Marcia Lindsey and Marilyn Farren , Personnel Administrator Chairman Dellagala convened the meeting at 9 : 00 a.m. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM MAY 23 , 1996 Carole D. moved to accept the minutes of May 23 , 1996 . Ron L. seconded the motion. All were in favor. UPDATE ON POSITION STATUS Marilyn F . informed the board that all approvals had been received and she would be going forward with advertising . Also, that the ad had been extended for lifeguards as there was not a good response to the previous ad. LIAISONS TO DEPARTMENTS Marilyn F. went over the list and will get copies for the board members . Ron L . moved to keep the liaisons as is with the exception of Carole D. will now have Board of Health and Norma K. will now have Tax Collector . Marcia L. seconded the motion. All were in favor . REVIEW LETTER TO SELECTMEN MARSTERS After some minor changes to the letter, Carole D . moved to accept the letter, inviting Selectmen Marsters to the June 20 , 1996 meeting . Marcia L. seconded the motion. All were in favor . The letter will be changed and mailed on June 3 , 1996 . REVIEW LIST OF CONCERNS/ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION W/SELECTMEN After a brief discussion of the list , some minor changes were made and the list will be updated and mailed with the letter to Selectmen Marsters . Marilyn F. will obtain copies of the Town' s Organizational Chart and the Sick Bank guidelines from the Union Contract and Personnel Administrative Plan for the board to review at the next meeting . REVIEW DRAFT LETTER - CLERICAL POSITION After a brief discussion, some minor changes were made to the letter . The letter will be sent to the Board of Selectmen on June 3 , 1996 after changes have been made .
