Chairman. <br /> Rory Levine , forma umin , arose univan, and aril n Farren, <br /> Personnel Administrator <br /> Chairman Della ala. convened the meetin at 9 : 10 a.m. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM MAY 0� 1996 <br /> Rory L. moored to accept the minutes of May 30 , 1996 . Norma E" <br /> seconded the motion . All were in favor, <br /> DISCUSSION RE: SICK BANK GUIDELINES <br /> Marilyn F. distributed copies of Guidelines for Sick Bank usage <br /> from the Personnel Administrative Plan and the Clerical Union <br /> Contract to the board members . After a brief discussion Rory L. <br /> moved to amend the guidelines from the Personnel Administrative <br /> Plan to be more consistent with the guidelines from the Clerical <br /> Union to best meet the needs of the Ma.sh.pee Town Employees . Carole <br /> B. seconded the motion. All were in favor. Marilyn F. will follow <br /> up <br /> with a. memorandum to the Board of Selectmen with an attachment <br /> f both seta of guidelines , showing the changes for consistency. <br /> JOB DESCRIPTION: LOCAL INSPECTOR <br /> Marilyn F. distributed copies of the job description for Local <br /> Inspector with the changes previously discussed. Carole D . mored <br /> to accept the job description as written, Norma. K. seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor . � <br /> UPDATE ON PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCHER INTERVIEWS <br /> Marilyn F. informed the board. that Stephen Tippo had placed a bid <br /> on the in-house posting for the full-time position and that Chief <br /> Przybylek will be moving forward with a. recommendation to the Board <br /> of Selectmen. Joe D. and Ron L . discussed the interviews held <br /> previously and that one candidate stood out more than the others <br /> and would be recommended for further testing/interviews with the <br /> police chief . <br /> The board further* discussed the interview process and. Ron L. moved <br /> to update the process in taking the top five candidates from the <br /> radio test and the written test and conduct interviews based o <br /> their scoring when vacancies exist, Carole D . seconded the motion. <br /> All were in favor. <br />
