7; <br /> 3 <br /> PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING <br /> MINUTES OF JANUARY 16, 1997 <br /> DPW CONFERENCE R0014 <br /> The following members of the Personnel Board were present: <br /> Carole Dunivan, Chairman, forma Kumin, and Marcia Lindsey. <br /> Also present: Marilyn Farren, Personnel. Administrator <br /> Anne Shaw, Treasurer <br /> The meeti-nq convened a 9 : 00 a.m. <br /> The Board reviewed the applications for the position of Senior <br /> Clerk II in the Treasurer ' s Office before the interviews. <br /> Marilyn F. stated that all candidates were tested, and each <br /> received a job description. <br /> All candidates were informed about the benefits its and work hours. <br /> Anne Shaw stated she is looking for a numbers person who thinks <br /> logically , can solve problems , and is detail oriented. She <br /> also stated that public relations skills are necessary. <br /> The candidates were interviewed in the following order: <br /> Joan Sullivan - currently a part-time dental office assistant <br /> for Dr. Hugo D'Amborisio in Falmouth. <br /> Suzanne Felton - currently the head teller- for the Plymouth <br /> Savings ink in Ma shee. <br /> Wend, ,.Cahoon - former Assistant Tax Collector- for the Town of <br /> Brewster. <br /> Dawn T a•, er - currently office mana er/medical receptionist <br /> for Me leent r--Fi e in Harwich. <br /> Marqaret Nickerson - foriner assistant assessor for the Town <br /> f Falmouth. <br /> Laurie Litchfield - currently secretary for Hoxiehilie <br /> Landscaping in Sandwich, <br /> Dar ll Perry - currently administrative clerk for Atlantic Hone <br /> Medical Supply in onset. <br /> Marie Austin called to state she - had mistaken taken the date of the <br /> interview and asked if it could be rescheduled. The Board was <br /> not in favor of rescheduling her interview; Marilyn will contact <br /> her. <br />
