Board were present: <br /> Carole Dunivan, cha ire er on, oriLia Kuiiiin, and Marcia Lindsey. <br /> Also present: Marilyn Farren, Personnel Administrator <br /> The meeting convened at 9 :30 a.m. <br /> Fane LaBute was present to swear In the Board litembers for the <br /> followln terms,: <br /> Carole Dunivan - term to expire June 30 , 1998. <br /> Norma Kumin - teria to expire June 30 , 1999 <br /> Marcia Lindsey - teria to expire June 30 , 1999 <br /> Personnel Board Minutes <br /> Norma K. moved to accept the Minutes of March 4 , 1997 <br /> Marcia L. seconded. Unanimous. <br /> . <br /> Personnel Board Articles <br /> Marilyn F. stated that the following personnel related articles <br /> remain on the town warrant <br /> 1 Increase in hours for the part-time administrative clerk, <br /> Jane Finery, to a full-time position. <br /> 2 Cost of livin for P. .P* eiiiployees to wake theika on par with <br /> the union increases. <br /> Increase in longevity rates for P.A.P. to imake them 'on par <br /> with the clerical union, new administrator ' s union, and <br /> police union, This will apply to those who have given over <br /> five years service, particularly Bolo Whritnenour, Joyce Mason, <br /> and Marilyn Farren for a total of $200 . <br /> Current Position eninis <br /> Marilyn F. stated that 70 letters were sent out to candidates <br /> who took the test for call firefihters; 20 peodle responded <br /> back. Applications are being reviewed, and an interview panel <br /> is bein recruited for two nights or two days . <br />
