Board Minutes <br /> Marcia L. moved to accept the Minutes of Aril 15 , 1997. <br /> Norma K. seconded. Un'aniiaous. <br /> Interviews for Police Officer <br /> Each seta er of the panel . selected one question to ask each <br /> candidate, <br /> Carole D. will ask about the candidate. background. <br /> Marilyn F. will ask each about his career Voals , <br /> Garcia L. will ask each about his reponse to a supervisor ' s <br /> request to carry out an illegal order, <br /> Normal K. will ask about his priorities in law enforcement, <br /> Chief P. will ask each to convince the Board he is the most <br /> qualified, <br /> The panel will rate each candidate usin4 the Police Department <br /> rating sheets and point system, <br /> All candidates received a job description and were told this <br /> is a full-time union position with a salary to be ..in at <br /> $26 , 908. 66 (der Town Meeting approval) . <br /> The candidates were intereviewed in the following order <br /> Sean Sullivan -- currently a part-time Special Officer in <br /> Mashpee. He attended Police Academy at his own expense and <br /> turned down jobs in Connecticut and Yarilaouth to remain in <br /> Mashee. <br /> Robert Tuohy - currently a patrol officer perforininq private <br /> detail for Amtrak and also an officer in W.
