MINTS OF THE MASHPEE PERSONNEL BOARD MIEETING <br /> ,January 4, 1978 <br /> This meeting was called to order at p.m. by Chairman, Frank <br /> Le onard i, with members Wi lana Graham and Ken Parol ski present. <br /> The minutes of December 12, 1977 , were accepted as presented. <br /> ro <br /> Letters were sent to all applicants who were interviewed for the <br /> position of Police Chief thanking each for the time and interest <br /> shown by them. <br /> letter was seat to the Conservation Commission advising' them of <br /> the necessity to have its members sign and return e r f r mance <br /> Appraisal Forms for Ronald Pocnett in order that they may be con- <br /> sidered valid by this Board and placed in Mr.- Pocknett' s permanent <br /> file . <br /> Mrs. Florence Lucas was informed that an -annual merit increase for <br /> Judy Howell would not become effective until January 1, 1979. <br /> Police Chief 'Connor was seat a letter regarding this Board' s <br /> concurrence with Deputy Frye ' s shift change for the Juvenile <br /> Officer due to a change ,in Juvenile Court sessions , The Personnel <br /> Board also concurred with Deputy Frye ' s decision to change the days <br /> off of Det. Edgar Burroughs . <br /> A letter was seat to Jerry DePalma requesting he send this Board <br /> written job description regarding re-evaluation re-classification <br /> of the Maintenance Unit under his supervision. A second letter <br /> was seat to Mr. DePalma informing him that the Personnel Board does <br /> not feel a re-evaluation/re-classification of his ,fob is necessary <br /> at this time , <br /> Firefighter Bill Chase was asked to submit 'a written retraction of <br /> his resignation from the Fire Department in order that it may be <br /> placed in his file ., <br /> The Board granted Bereavement Leave to Ft l . Maurice Cooper due to <br /> extenuating circumstances . <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9 :45 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 1�4 Z <br /> Mary a Rossi <br />
