MINUTES of THE KkSHPEE PERSONNELBOARD MEETING <br /> September 25, 1978 <br /> This meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m* by Chairman Frank Leonar di. <br /> Members Wilma Graham, Kenneth Parolski and John Peters, Jr. were present. <br /> 5 <br /> The minutes of September 11, 1978, and September 19, 197 8,, were accepted <br /> as presented. <br /> The Board ret with Jerry De alma, Supervisor of the Maintenance Crew, to discuss <br /> the problems and increased workload of the crew due to the move of the town <br /> offices to the new Town Hall. Suggestions were made, and a request was sent to <br /> the Board of Selectmen that they have a repre senta t.ive meet with the Per sonne l <br /> Board to discuss the various recommendations which might remedy the situation. <br /> The Board of Selectmen were also asked to meet with this Board at a fine date <br /> for the purpose of amending the Salary Administration Plan as it pertains to the <br /> position of Deputy def of Police, <br /> letter was received from the Board of Selectmen informing this Board of the <br /> appointment of Gregory Willis to the position of Fire Chief. <br /> Due to the resignation of Jerry DePalma, the Board members voted to ,advertise <br /> for the position of Parks and Recreation Director. It was also voted to <br /> advertise for the position of full-time firefighter to fill the vacancy left <br /> y the appointment of Fire Chief Gregorr Willis, <br /> Police Chief David O'Connor has requested that the position of Clerk/Dispatcher <br /> n his department he extended to a full forty-hour work week. The Board of <br /> Selectmen were advised of this Board's concurrence on this matter. <br /> Letters commending ire Chief Gregory Willis and the Police Department were duly <br /> noted and filed. <br /> Town Accountant was notified of the following approved vacations <br /> B.
