MINLUES of THE MASHPEE PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING November 20, 1978 This meeting was called to order at 7:30 p*m a by Chairman Frank Leonardi. Members Wilma Graham and John Peters, Jr. were present. The minutes of November 1 , 1978, were 'accepted as corrected. Two interviews for the position of Parks & Recreation Director were conducted, and the Boardecommended the following four individuals to the hoard of Selectmen for consideration for appointment 1. William E. Richardson . Bradford V. Norman and George F. Green, Jr. . Howard G. Grove The Finance Cottee has approved this Board's recommendations that the position of Clerk/Dispatcher in the Police Department be; increased from a part-time status to a full-time, 40-hour per week position,, and that Mrs. Marcia Ducharme, Police Department secretary, receive ars increase in salary from Grade 6, step 5, to Grade 6, step 7, The proper departments were notified of both these changes for pay purposes, `own Accountant was informed of the Finance Committee's concurrence with this Board that the position of secretary to the Personnel Board be made a permanent part-time position' at a salary $3.72 per hour, in accord with Grade ,, Step 1, of the salary Administration Plan* memo was sent to all Department Meads advising that the ]nouns of the Personnel Board secretary will be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Police Chief O'Connor was informed that Pti. Remmert Kokmeyer has no sick leave accrued at this time, and the two days that he could not report for duty because f illness should be deducted from his weekly salary or taken as vacation time.
