ANUS OF THE MASHPEE PERSONNEL BOARD MEETING <br /> December 4, 1978. <br /> This meeti g was called to order at 7:00 .m. by Chairman Frank Leonard . <br /> Members Wilma Graham and John Peters, Jr. were present. <br /> The minutes of November 20, 1978, and November 28, 1978, were accepted as read. <br /> George Greer, Superintendent of Streets, was informed that in accord with the <br /> Salary Administration Plan, after an individual has reached step 10 within his <br /> salary grade, he receives no further annual merit increases until such time as <br /> the Salary Administration Phan ,is revised and all Town positions may be appraised <br /> for upgrading. <br /> Special Police officer, William Pao irdi , was advised, in answer to his request to <br /> take par t- in the Health Insurance Program for the Town employees, that only perma- <br /> nent employees may be included in this program. Since Special Police Officers <br /> cannot be guaranteed a minimum of twenty hours per'week, he could not be included <br /> at this time. <br /> The Mashpee Police Employees Association was -informed of the cancellation of the <br /> scheduled meeting between this Board and the Board of Selectmen due to the fact <br /> that the Selectmen will be out of town on that date* The Personnel Board is <br /> await ng word from the Selectmen a . <br /> to whether another meeting g will be arranged. <br /> Interviews were conducted with eight applicants for the position of Maintenance <br /> Worker within the Town. The following individuals were' rec mmended to the Board <br /> f Selectmen for consideration for appointment: <br /> 1. Geraldine ozialo <br /> .
