MMUTs of THE MASHPEERSNNL BOARD MEETING December 12, 1978 Mi s meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Chairman Prank Leonardi. Members Wilma Graham, Kenneth Parol ski, and John Peters, Jr. were present, The minutes of December 4, 1978, were accepted as read. Relative to the .recommendation by the Board of Selectmen that Town employees who regularly engage in strenuous physical activity he required to undergo an annual physical examination, Town Physician, Mary A. Ravin, has outlined the cost and method of scheduling for such examinations and requested a list of names, addresses, telephone numbers, and medical insurance card numbers for those individuals. The Personnel Board has complied with this request and informed proper department heads of this proposal.. Performance Appraisal Forms have been received from all department heads, with recommendations for Annual Merit Increases, and Town Accountant has been supplied with a list of those Town employees who are entitled to receive step rate increases, effective January 1, 1979,m A letter was seat to the Mashpee Policempl o ees Association advising g had this Board has had no further requests from the Board of Selectmen for addi- tional meetings to discuss the proposed contract. The Personnel hoard is therefore, maintaining its position s stated previously to the Police � Association.
