Minutes <br /> Mashpee Cultural Council <br /> Monday, November 4, 201 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Application 99—John Root—Edible Perennial Gardening and Landscaping <br /> Motion was made by Ms. Mason to decline funding of this application <br /> Motion was seconded by Ms. Rankin-Read <br /> Vote: Unanimous to decline funding <br /> Application H10—Cotuit Venter for the Arts—Advanced Mosaics <br /> Motion was made by Ms. Waterman to grant funding in the amount of$ oo.00 <br /> Motion was seconded by Ms. Rankin-Dead <br /> Vote: Unanimous <br /> Application 911 —Cape Cod Maritime Museum—Stem Turns to Stearn <br /> Motion was mach by Ms. Cotton to grant funding in the amount of$500.00 <br /> Motion was seconded by Ms. Rankin-Read <br /> 'Dote: Unanimous <br /> Application#1 -Cape Cod Museum—Dr. Gravity <br /> Ms. Cotton recused herself from the discussion and vote <br /> Motion was made by Ms. Daley to grant funding in the amount of$425.00 <br /> Motion seconded by Ms. Rankin-Read <br /> Vote: 6-0 in favor <br /> Next Meeting of the Cultural Council was set for January 13,2014 at 9:15 a.m. at the <br /> Senior Center. <br /> Mr. Taggart asked that we consider amending our local guidelines that would set a limit on <br /> the amount of grant awarded and language that would give the Council flexibility if the <br /> application dict not have a letter~of support. <br /> Being no further business Ms. Cotton moved to adjourn, motion was seconded by Ms. <br /> Daley.
