Barbara cotton, Bruce Taggart, Sarah Daley, Lynne Watery an, Madeline <br /> Walsh and Joyce Jason <br /> The meeting was called to order, by Ms. Cotton at.9:18 a.m. <br /> New Business—Application Review-(continued) <br /> The Council further discussed Application Lumbers 6, 11, 12, 16 and 1 . <br /> Ms. Daley moved to decline the following applications: <br /> Application #6—John Root, Edible Gardening—Did not include a sponsor later as <br /> Required under the Cultural Council's'guidelines. <br /> Application #11- Carousel of Dight—Not proven to be of benefit to Iahpee residents <br /> Application #12—Henry Lappen—Did not meet Council's guidelines <br /> Application 916—Cape Cod Community Development elopment— Goal of the Counsel is to fund <br /> not sustain a program <br /> Application 417-Cape Cod Chamber Music—Not proven to be of benefit to Mashpee <br /> residents <br /> Members revisited Application ##5—Mashpee Chamber—Christmas parade and agreed <br /> to decline the application as it did not met the timeframe for performance set under the <br /> Council"s guidelines. <br /> Motion was seconded-by Ms. Waterman. <br /> VOTE:E: -0 in favor of the motion <br />
