Jean Thomas wi l l perform the function of DEQE Coordinator. NEW BUSINESS : 1. Lreasurerfs office - reclassificationof position. Treasurer Anne Shaw has requested that Varden Keller be reclassified from Principal Clerk to Office Manager, Grade V, Stop 3 effective July 1 . 1987. Mr. Murphy ascertained that this- action is in con- formance with the Town' s contract with the clerical union Personnel, Ir. Lawrence moved that Varden Kelley be reclassified from Principal Clerk to Office tanager effective July 1, 1987. The Grote ` a.s unanimous . 2. Council on Arts proposed member. A memorandum dated January 12 , 1987 from the Council on Arts requested the appointment of Peggy Kirsch as a member of the Council. lir. Lawrence mored that Peggy Kirsch be appointed as a, member of the Mashpee Council on Arts . The vote was unanimous . 3. Harbormaster re : Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Harbormaster, Chester Koblins �� has requested thatthe position of Harbormaster, which now entails more than an average, of twenty hours weekly on an annual basis , be provided for under the the Town' s Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan as are other Town employees . Board members agreed that more information is required before this request can be acted upon. Mr. Murphy will discuss the matter further with Mr. Koblinsky. . Board of Assessors - Articles for Annual Town Meeting,_ The Board has submitted two articles t raise and appropriate funds and two articles to amend Appendix A of the Personnel Administration Plan, for insertion on the warrant at Annual Town Meeting, The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved such action noting that some modi- fications will probably occur in these articles prior to Annual Town Meeting. 5. Department of Parks and Recreation - Articles for Annual Town meeting. Director Wendy Rubin has submitted five articles for insertion on the warrant at Annual Town beefing three of which are to raise and appropriate funds and two of which are administrative actions . The B a.rd of Selectmen unanimously approved the insertion of such articles on the warrant for Annual Town Meeting noting the rob- ability of modifications . 6.i Office of Town Treasurer, Articles for Annual Town Meeting Treasurer Anne'-';S yaw has submitted three articles for insertion on the �a.rra �t a.
