MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 11, 2018 <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion to continue 534 Great Neck Road South until July 25, 2018. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Pittsley, yes, and Ms. Sangeleer, yes. <br /> All were in favor to continue the case until July 25, 2018. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Board to discuss amending bylaw §174-31 note 23. <br /> Mr. Mendoza, Building Commissioner addressed the Board asking if they would sponsor <br /> a change to clarify the bylaw for swimming pools. The language would be; "All pools are <br /> to meet the minimum.setbacks that is required in the zoning district that is proposed to be <br /> built. No swimming pools can be placed in the front yard area of the property. " <br /> This change is bookmarked for the October Town Meeting. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board accept the article submitted by the Building <br /> Commissioner on behalf of the Zoning Board of Appeals to change the bylaw regarding <br /> the placement of swimming pools as read into the record. Mr. Blaisdell seconded, yes. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> -Board to secure a special hearing date to discuss raze and replace bylaw. <br /> The Board agreed to secure Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm to meet and discuss the <br /> proposed raze and replace bylaws. <br /> -Approve June 27, 2018 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Sharon moved to approve the Meeting Minutes. Mr. Gould seconded, yes. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. Pittsley made a motion to adjourn.
