Ridley, Jr. , <br /> Executive Director of the Authority, and Ronald M. foie , Assist- <br /> ant to the Executive Director, were present ;to discuss Section <br /> housing as it may relate to a, cooperative , effort between the Town <br /> of Falmouth and the Town of Mashpee . It was unanimously agreed b <br /> members of the Board that the representatives from the Falmouth <br /> Housing Authority should meet with the Town of l a.shpee Housing <br /> i Authority and to report back to the Board with recommendations . I <br /> was also agreed that written informational material regarding the <br /> Federal and State housiong programs will be supplied to the Board of <br /> Selectmen. Nor. Continuation f o in lotion _hear As pre- <br /> vlously pre- <br /> viouslyrequested by the Board at the initial hearing , Deputy Chief <br /> of Police Cooper submitted the Police Department Regulation io on the <br /> rules , regulations and enforcement procedures for approved towing <br /> companies . Deputy Chief Cooper stated that all parties to the Reg- <br /> ulations are in agreement with policies as set forth in that docu- <br /> ment. Deputy Chief Cooper requested that a copy of this document <br /> e filed with the Town Clerk. Mr. Gol moved that the Board o <br /> Selectmen approve the police Department Towing Regulations as ax ended. <br /> Mr.' Lawrence seconded the - motion, lir. Carter stepped down from parti- <br /> cipation in any discussion ar° action on this matter. Mrs .. Thenars and <br /> Ir. Danson were in favor of this motion, <br /> . Proposal �gipwillow end Developers o relocate public <br /> .q.......__q�.LP.___.q...q� .q.__q_.._.I_..I__q_.. <br /> wa s ,, Kevin Kirrane , esq. , attorney for Willow end Developers , was <br /> present for this continuation of hearing held on June 2 , 19 e <br /> reported that Jill S laynaer, abutter to Quippish Road, has been <br /> notified of this continuation and Ms . slayma er was present for a <br /> portion of this hearing. The Planning' Board -did meet with attorney <br /> Kirrane on July l, 1987 and a. memorandum dated July 2. 1987 has been <br /> received by the Board of Selectmen wi h the recommendations of the <br /> Planning Board on this matter. The Chairwoman noted that no written <br /> communication hasbeen received From the Historical Commission. - <br /> I r. Kirrane presented additional plans to clarify where the three <br /> public ways , Quippish Road, Simon's Road, and Bryant's Cove Road, <br /> begin and end, He stated that a. building -locaed on aroad purported <br /> by the Town Planner to be an ancient wa.y will be relocated so that <br /> h particular issue will no longer be relevant as far as the Peti- <br /> tioners are concerned. Further, Mr. Kirrane said , "We are proposing <br /> to relocate Quippish Road entirely on our property and not on the <br /> property owned by Jill slaymaer". Mr. Kirrane stated that to the <br /> best of his knowledge the -names o these roads will not e changed <br /> it. * .if that is the desire o the Board of Selectmen".
