Carter seconded the motion. Mr. Gottlieb was absent from the <br /> meeting at this time. Mrs , Thomas voted in favor of this motion, <br /> 4,0 - .Harbormaster Department. Harbormaster .e s e r <br /> Ka.blonsky submitted a, proposed schedule of payment for the Harbor- <br /> master and Assistant Harbormasters for approval by the Board of <br /> Selectmen, I . Gottlieb stepped down from discussion or y actio. <br /> on this matter.er. r. Hanson noted that out of the nine Assistant <br /> Harbormasters , eight should be included in any proposed payment <br /> schedule. lir. Gottlieb is also ars Assistant Harbormaster and does <br /> not receive compensation for his services , Mr. Hanson recommended <br /> that monies available for compensation to Assistant Harbormasters <br /> should be divided by eight and members of the Board of Selectmen <br /> present, .exceptin lir..4_-Go t 1i.9b, agreed. The proposed payment <br /> schedule will be returned to the Harbormaster for reconfiguration <br /> of payment on the basis of eight Assistant Harbormasters , <br /> 5. Handicapped ■■Committee, In a memorandum dated July 8. <br /> 1987, the Director of Parks and Recreation Department, requested the <br /> appointment of Laura. Richards to the Handicapped Committee , Mr. <br /> Carter mored that Laura Richards be appointed as a member of that <br /> Committee as recommended. Ir. Gottlieb seconded the motion. Mrs, <br /> Thomas and lir. Hanson Voted in favor o this motion. <br /> 6. Public Utility requests . The Executive Secretary re- <br /> quested approval for Public Utility Request #87-22 for the place- <br /> ment of a+ jointly-owned pole location on Route 151 which will pro- <br /> vide service - o the Winslow Farm Subdivision; Public Ut'i li ty Re- <br /> quest #87-27 for pole relocation on Route 28 at the entrance to <br />
