4 S Board of Selectmen Page Eight Regular Meetiong Monday, August 3 , 1987 Firefighters ,Association,, Local 2519 , for the period eginning July 1, 1987, The Board voted to include this article, Article 7 - "I rove the Town vote to rescind approval of $14,818. appropriated at the 1987 Ar. ua l Town Meeting g to provide for the salary of an outreach worker in fiscal year 1988; and further to rescind approval Of $39s,859* appropriated at the 1987 Annual Town Meeting for the Parks ad Recreation Director and Assistant Salary Account and in its place the Town vote to raise and appropriate $28,459, to the Parks and Recreation Director and Assistant Salary Account; and still further, that the Town e i d approval of $225,800. appropriated at the 1987 Annual Town. Meeting to the Department of Public works worker Sala. Account and in it place , the Town vote xed.o raise aappropriate 207,400, to the DPW Worker Salary Account , or take any other action relating thereto". By unanimous agreement and after discuss ion held during t .i s' e e ting the Board voted to include this article after modification. Article 8 _ "To s-ee i ' the Town will vote to appropriate and transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Interest o Temporary -Loans Acc Bunt, or take any other action relating thereto"'S The Board voted to delete this article . Article 9 - "To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to acquire by eminent.t domain or purchase Or accept as gift aneases e �t within the Briarwood/ tis Trailer ParkArea-Phase 1, aid streets being more particularly shown on a plate, entitled 'Plan Showing Takings for Utility Easements , laspee , MA. ' a copy of which is ars File in the o 'ff'ice of the Town i Clerk. The Beard voted to include this article . Article 10 - "To see if the Town will raise and appropriate or transfer from revenue available $6,600.' to convert Assessors ' files o new addresses (house numbers and to further raise and appropriate or transfer from revenue available la.ble ,2 00. for programming, producing, and mailing of notices to taxpayers'.% This article was submitted by the Board of Assessors , Town cler, Elections and Registrations , Fire Department t and Police Department, The Beard voted to delete this article from the Warrant. } Article 11 — "To see if the Town will vote to amend 'the zoning By-law y amending the zoning map by changing the zoning of Mase parcels . or portions thereof, shoves on the 1987 Assessors flaps as Map 54: Plot 5, Map 55. Plots 16 and 17, Map 62, Plots 79 and 80, and Map 63 , Plots 9 and 25 from R-3 to I-1 industrial, all as shown on map entitled 'Proposed Bowdoin Road Rezoning for Action at August 3l, 1987 Special Town Meeting' which is on fit "in the office of-the Town clerk or take any other action thereon.
