Selectman Gottlieb seconded the motion . <br /> All were in favor . <br /> -- <br /> 7:00 - Selectmen conducted a public hearing on the applica- <br /> tion of Ralph J . Wheelden d/b/a Ratoli 's to transfer <br /> his wine and malt restaurant license to Ratoli 's Inc . <br /> ' <br /> Mr . Murphy read the public notice which was published <br /> in the Falmouth Enterprise on November 6 . <br /> Mr . Wheel den explained he needed to do this to comply <br /> . with the Department of Revenue . <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to transfer the wine and <br /> malt restaurant license of Ralph J . Wheel den d/b/a <br /> Ratoli 's to Ratoli 's Inc . Selectman Gottlieb <br /> seconded the motion . All were in favor . <br /> 7 :07 - Selectmen had deferred from last week the item <br /> relative to the request of the Conservation <br /> Commission to use wood posts to support the snow <br /> fence on Popponesset Spit . <br /> Louise Behrman , Chairman of the Consrvation <br /> . Commission stated it was the desire of the ' <br /> Commission to have wood posts versus metal , She <br /> also pointed out they did not want the posts treated , <br /> ` <br /> . . <br /> -----' -------- <br />
