Gottlieb moved to accept the Regular and RKecutive Session minutes <br /> - <br /> of Tuesday, December 27, 1988. Mr, Carter seconded the mtion and <br /> Mr. Lawrence was in favor. Mr. Hanson was not present for the 'vote. <br /> APPOINTH= & BEAPJNGS <br /> 1. Senator Henri RauL� et aach attended to discuss issues that <br /> the Town is involved in with the State and other concerns <br /> that the Board has that he may assist with. Mr. Hanson <br /> brought up the issue of South Cape Beach, Mr. Gottlieb <br /> brought up the issue of Water/Seer Bond Authorizations and <br /> also asked that Senator Ra ch be aware of the <br /> initiative taken by the Town with the Department of <br /> Fisheries & wildlife and the Town of Sandwich relative t <br /> controls on ee/wakeby Pond,, fir., Carter raised the <br /> issue of the Papponesset Bay Dredgirxg Project and the fund <br /> that were forwarded back to the State that were to be used <br /> to outline the new channel., Senator- Rauschenbach stated <br /> that since it was not detailed in the original dant award,, <br /> that it wasn't likely that the funds would be returned to <br /> the Town. Mr. Lawrence raised the issue of the t <br /> suspension in the Tomm handled by the Stag DPW. <br /> The Board instructed Mr. Murphy to cnpile all <br /> correspondence relating to these issues and forward to <br /> Senator Raus herbach so that he may pursue. <br />
