Murphy, Town Counsel Joseph <br /> .Reardon, Assistant Town Counsel Leslie-Ann horse <br /> GUESTS,: Anon i Mor a o, Deputy Chief Cooper <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr. Gottlieb moved to accept the Regular and Executive Session , minutes <br /> of January 3 ., 1989 with the following amendments ; that the name Mike <br /> Hanlon be changed to read Mike Sciplone under the Guests section and <br /> Appointments & Hearin #2 . Mr.. Carter seconded the motion. Mr. <br /> Lawrence and Mrs. Jacobson were in favor. Mr . Hanson "was not present <br /> for the vote. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> 1 . Mr. Gottlieb moved to approve the -transfer of the Clasp I I <br /> Used Car Dealer license from Louis F . Dunham a "AAff <br /> Towing-N-Repair to AA Auto and Truck Repair and Tori i . ., Inc. <br /> Mrs . Jacobson seconded the motion and Mr . Lawrence was i n . <br /> favor. Ir. Carter stepped down. her . Hanson was not present <br /> for the vote. <br /> 2 . Mr. Robert Connell was present representing the Care Cod <br /> Regional Transit Authority Advisorer Board relative to "B" <br /> Bus Service. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb moved to accept the recommendation of Mr . <br /> Connell that the Town of ha pee Continue in the extended <br /> B" Bus Service by contributing $ 1044. 00 . Mr . Carter <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor . <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . The Board discussed the proposed evaluation form to be used <br /> by the Board of Selectmen for department heads . Mr. <br /> Lawrence suggested that the Board further review the form <br /> and discuss any changes at a later rate. <br />
