Mr. Virgilio was present to discuss the cutting down of <br /> trees on Old Barnstable Road. This discussion was prompted <br /> y a letter from Marie Scalley who was also present. She <br /> stated that the Historical Commission would make filing for <br /> Old Barnstable Road to be designated as a scenic road a <br /> priority. Mr. Virgilio agreed to hold off on these plans <br /> until he and Mr. Gottlieb view the area, <br /> Mr. Murphy requested direction from the Board relative to <br /> the Great Oak Road Engineering Prosect, The Beard advised <br /> Mr. Murphy to determine the Town's legal rights in obtaining <br /> any information that Charles Rowley has relative to the <br /> matter and to submit it in the form of e ret showing <br /> engineering work to date on the project. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb reviewed with the Board, his memo of February <br /> 9. 1989 regarding the Mashpee/Wakeby Boat Ramp and to that <br /> end, Mrs. Jacobson moved that the Board authorize a proposal <br /> be made to the Public Access Board to enable Meshee _to <br /> manage the Mashpee/Wakeby boat ramp, Mr. Gottlieb seconded <br /> the motion.
