Mr, Lawrence was i n favor, Mr, Murphy recommended that the discussion relative t Department Heed Evaluation System be deferred until next week so that Mr. Carter may be involved in -the discussion. . Mr. Virgilio was present to discuss the cutting down of trees on Old Barnstable Road. This discussion was prompted y a letter from Marie Scalley who was also present. She stated that the Historical Commission would make filing for Old Barnstable Road to be designated as a scenic road a priority. Mr. Virgilio agreed to hold off on these plans until he and Mr. Gottlieb view the area, Mr. Murphy requested direction from the Board relative to the Great Oak Road Engineering Prosect, The Beard advised Mr. Murphy to determine the Town's legal rights in obtaining any information that Charles Rowley has relative to the matter and to submit it in the form of e ret showing engineering work to date on the project. Mr. Gottlieb reviewed with the Board, his memo of February 9. 1989 regarding the Mashpee/Wakeby Boat Ramp and to that end, Mrs. Jacobson moved that the Board authorize a proposal be made to the Public Access Board to enable Meshee _to manage the Mashpee/Wakeby boat ramp, Mr. Gottlieb seconded the motion.
