y <br /> i .. <br /> BOARD of SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES REGULAR SESSION, <br /> MONDAY, APRIL 109 1989 <br /> PACE SIX <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> # 1 (Cont. ) <br /> Mr, Hanson and Mr, Carter agreed to work together with the <br /> Town Planner, a representative from Fields Point <br /> Corporation, a representative from the Senior Center and <br /> representatives from- the Police, Fire and School <br /> Departments. <br /> 2, Mr. Carter had questions relative to student/teacher <br /> ratios in the Town. Mr. Carter Indicated that he would <br /> attend a meeting of the School Committee for further <br /> information. <br /> The Board again agreed that attendance at a hearing to be <br /> held In Sandwich regarding Jet-s I use April 10 was not <br /> necessary and that they still would like Mr. MacGroary to <br /> meet with Selectmen in a separate meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11 The Board voted unanimously to send a letter to the Police <br /> Station Building Committee recommending that they send the <br /> plans for the dditionrehailltation before the Design <br /> Review Committee ttee for review. <br /> The Board also agreed that a policy should be drafted <br /> stating that all plans for Town ulldln s dditlons should <br /> o before the Design Review Committee. <br />
