Murohy t0 meet with Date Ellis <br /> the Masee water District t discusss the implementation <br /> Pease of the intermunicipal agreement between the Town of <br /> ate and the Maee water District* <br /> . Mr. Carter reported to the Board regarding the job <br /> description for the Director of Leisure Services, Mr . <br /> t.,eater- Informed the Board that he and Mrs . Jacobson planned <br /> to meet with the School Committee and the Executive <br /> Council of the Community School Board and report to the <br /> Board next week. <br /> . Ben Lcie was present and the Board answered a number of <br /> questions presented in a meuto from the Personnel Board <br /> regardingnew evaluation forms , <br /> . The Board agreed to contact the Planning Department to <br /> determine whether the Town Planner or Assistant Planner <br /> would be willing to serve as a Local dater Resources <br /> Management Of f 1 c ial . Mr. Gottlieb did not participate in <br /> the discussion. <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . Mr, Hanson 'Informed the rd that all proposals From <br /> architects for the Tern Hall project would have to be <br /> rejected per the Inspector General ' Office. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson asked what the status was relative to the <br /> Patrol Boat. Mr. Carter stated that the Finance Committee <br /> approved the transfer , 000, Mr . Murphy stated that <br /> the boat cuI d not be ordered anti I JuI y 1 1989 when the <br /> funds become available. <br />
