Hansen seconded the motion. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> . The Beard received a memo from the Personnel Board <br /> requesting that the floating clerk be assigned one day a <br /> week to the Personnel Department to begin e comparative <br /> salary review of al l positions under the Town' s Personnel <br /> Administration Plan. The Board agreed to respond to the <br /> Personnel Board stating that since Ms. Mason would be <br /> assuming extra resp n i b i l i t i s, the Office of the <br /> Selectmen would be relying heavily on the services of his. <br /> Horton and that perhaps at a later date the review could be <br /> completed. <br /> OTHER NEW BUSINESS <br /> . Mr. Carter stated that he was asked by the Popponesset <br /> Beach Association as to whether they could use Town <br /> services to assess a betterment. Mr. Murphy stated that <br /> if the Association hired someone to do the word , the Town <br /> could not assess the betterment, <br /> 2, Mr, Hanson informed the Board that the application for <br /> liquor license for Ce a l o's approved by the Board of <br /> Selectmen had been forwarded to the State and that they had <br /> lost it. <br />
