Mr. <br /> Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Danson moved that the South Cape Beach State Park <br /> Advisory Committee and the Board of Selectmen work together <br /> to negotiate with the State on the two major issues that <br /> affect the Town; the Town Beach and Great Oak Road, Mr. <br /> Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor, <br /> Mr. Hanson moved that at the point that the Board of <br /> Selectmen reach an agreement with the State, Mr. Kirsner be <br /> invited to sit in on the negotiations . Mrs. Jacobson <br /> seconded the motion, All were in favor. <br /> It was also agreed that the two Boards should meet on July <br /> 1 , 1989 and then a meeting should be scheduled with the <br /> State. <br /> 5.1 Mr. Gottlieb informed the Board that the Public Access <br /> Board was scheduled to vote to execute the lease for the <br /> Mashpee Pond Boat Landing on July 1 1 , 1989 and that the <br /> Commissioner would sign the lease this week as well . <br /> Mrs , Jacobson moved to author i ze Ern i e V i rg i 1 i o to corp l ete <br /> the work necessary to have the award at the MaNshpee Pond <br /> Boat Landing moved back about 60 feet so that cars would <br /> not be backing onto Route 130, Mr. Hanson seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. <br /> . Mr . Murphy advised the Board that the Department Head <br /> Meeting would be cancelled and that a meeting will be <br /> scheduled for July 1 , 1989 t 4:30 p.m. to discuss <br /> transition, <br /> L <br />
