The Board agreed to this . <br /> The committee and the Board of Selectmen agreed to the <br /> following: . <br /> Great Oak Road - Advise the state that the 1981 Agreement <br /> was clear that improvements to Great oak Road would take <br /> place as improvements to the Park took place and that the <br /> Town feels that the Town be reimbursed for its expenditures <br /> to date on modifying and improving the Road. Any work <br /> being done to improve the Park should be done at the same <br /> time work is done to the Road. <br /> Relocation of Town Beach - Redefine for DEM what the Town <br /> sees as the value of the Town Beech. Advise BEM that the <br /> Town would liketo leave the Beach where it is and if it is <br /> not possible to leave it where it, is the Town would be <br /> open to suggestions as to how the State can modify their <br /> design to prov i de the Town with ecruivalent value, i .e, the <br /> same type of amenities and benefits that the people of the <br /> Town now have. <br /> Mr. Kirsner requested clarification a to the attendance of <br /> meetings relative to South cape Beach. Any meetings that <br /> involved legal i nterpretat ion's , neotiations would include <br /> the Board of Selectmen, Morris Kirsner and one south cape <br /> Beach State Park Advisory Committee member. Meetings <br /> involving all other aspects, the Roadway and the Town Beach <br /> would be held jointly with the Selectmen and the full <br /> Committee, The Board advised Mr. Kirsner that this was <br /> i <br /> correct. <br /> Mr . Gottlieb stated that he would contact Mr. Kendall to <br /> obtain available meeting dates and advise the Committee and <br /> the Board of Selectmen. <br />
