Hanson moved to execute the Agreement and Understanding <br /> between the Town of Mashpee and Continental Cablevision <br /> that an extension be granted to Cont I nent l Cablevision for <br /> one additional day for each day past December 31 , 1989 that <br /> the Nynex strike continues. Mr. Lawrence seconded the <br /> motion. A 1 1 were In favor. <br /> OLD BCJSI SS <br /> 11 memo from Ernie Virgilio relative to the Great Oak <br /> Road/Kerrigan problem was discussed under #11 New Business, <br /> Review and Execution of November Special Town Meeting <br /> Warrant. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11 The Board received a memo from Town Planner, Torn Fude l <br /> relative to the offer of land by Jamila A. Bornstein heap <br /> Plot 7 . Mrs. Mason stated that there were no back <br /> taxes on the property. <br /> Mr. L wren a stated his concern for for the issue Mr, <br /> Fudala raised i n his aero relative to the fact that the <br /> site wi l l hold water for significant periods of time, The <br /> water might constitute a hazard to neighborhood children <br /> for which the Town might be liable. <br /> The Board agreed to discuss the issue further during their <br /> review of the November Special Town Meeting Warrant. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson moved to accept the 5 l t bid frcn Ea tern <br /> Minerals $33, 11 de 1 l g e ed as recommended by DPW Director <br /> Ernie Virgilio. 1r.
