Gottlieb updated the Board relative to negotiations <br /> with Otis indicating that the Office of Management and <br /> Budget had signed waiver that allows the Town to resume <br /> negotiations with Otis* r. Gottlieb recommended thatletters of appr.eciation be sent to Senator Rauschenbach, <br /> Congressman Studds j and Representative C h I r, The Board <br /> voted unanimously- ,to send the letters. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb stated that $5, 000 for the repairs to Creat <br /> Oak Road had core into the Tern In September. Further, <br /> that the Town should be billing the State in $5,000 <br /> increments, Mr. Hanson and Mr, Lawrence stated that there <br /> was no agreement of this nature and that the $15,000 should <br /> have been received I lump sum. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11 LIQUOR LI E SE FEES -- The Board reviewed the proposed <br /> liquor license fees. Mr. Lawrence felt that the proposed <br /> fees were unfair and too high. Mr. Henson suggested that <br /> Mr. Lawrence work with her. Hutting and report back to the <br /> Board net week. <br /> DCG LICENSE FEES Mr, Carter moved to adopt the Dog <br /> License Fees as presented by ,Jane Daley, Animal Control <br /> Officer to be effective January 1 , 1990. Mrs. Jacobson <br /> seconded the motion. All were In favor. <br /> R I FF I THS AIR FORCE BASE TOUR - The Board noted a memo from <br /> Mrs. Mason relative to a tour of Griffiths Air Force Base <br /> in Rome, New York on November 17, 1989.
