C MMUN I CA I ON FROM WATER DISTRICT The Board agreed t <br /> transfer ownership of the 811 water main end hydrant to the <br /> ehpee Transfer Station to the Water District as outlined <br /> in their letter of June 9, 1989. Th i issue 5hould be <br /> included n the warrant for the Annual Town. fleet i n . <br /> EXECUTION CONTRACT - Mr. Hanson moved to execute the <br /> contract with Keenan & Kenny Architects, Ltd. for <br /> Architecture) and Engineering Services for the new Town <br /> Hall . Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion and Mr. Gottlieb <br /> was in favor. Mr. Carter was not present for the Vote. <br /> I <br /> . PISCUSSION I TH WESTON & SAMPSON - Nike S i p i one of Weston <br /> Sampson and Steve Gree l i sh attended to further discuss <br /> the Mashpee Beptae Pilot Edit . <br /> r ee l l h stated that: with he appropriate bn . of <br /> the Board of Selectmen, that he had no doubt that the DEP <br /> will approve Weston & Sampson#s plan and provide grant <br /> money. <br /> Based on the recommendation of the Board of Health, Pyr. <br /> Hanson moved to complete the current phase of the Pilot <br /> Study for four weeks. Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion and <br /> Mr. Carter was in favor. Mr. Gottlieb stepped down and <br /> removed himself from the room. <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 . BENCHMARK ENGINEERING - Mr, Hanson moved to engage the <br /> services of Benchmark Engineering for the design of the <br /> Municipal Complex not to exceed $15, 000. Mr. Lawrence <br /> seconded the motion and Mr. Gottlieb was in favor. Mr. <br /> Carter was not present for the Vote. <br />
