The motion was seconded by Selectman Gottlieb,, The vote of the Board 's unanimous. Dispatch Incident: Mr. Harrington reported -there are a number of inconsistancies that indicate the6,need for a. further investigation of the public safety di spa.tch incident. i This is the third indecent involving capabilities or attitude as to the conduction of work. There haus been moor strides in the public safety dispatch system states Mr. Harrington!@ He is concerned with the incident Mr. Harrington asks for approval From the Board to conduct a investigation. This problem may still exist. He will report to the Board with his recommendations. The vote of the Board is uanimous. The vote is 5-00 Base Negotiations..
