Ott, <br /> Jim Vaccaro, John Ferguson, George Costa, Denise Sullivan, <br /> Catherine Conroy, Al Polsi, Carl Heller, Jane Stockbridge, <br /> Ernest Virgilio, Tori Fudal.a., Elizabeth Petti, Deidre Creel! <br /> i <br /> ish, Steven Greelish., Maurice Cooper-, Anthony Fiorentini <br /> The Meeting w .s Called to Order by Chairman Jacobson at 7: 02 Pam. <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Ca.ffyn to hold the acceptance <br /> of the minutes e of Setem erx 3 1991 �` it next week for corrections. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. The vote of the Board <br /> is unanimous to approve the minutes on Sept-ember 16, 1991. <br /> PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br /> Paul Lundstrom of Pirates Cove was present to discuss the great <br /> clean-up job done by the Town Highway Department and lir. Hicks and his <br /> crew. It is important to recognize when they do a. good job. They <br /> were very cooperative, polite and helpful.. <br /> Ed Baker of Captain' s Row rade note of the editorial in last <br /> Friday' s Enterprise concerning the Keeter property, Whether there <br /> is a. conflict of interest or 'n t, he expresses to the Board that it _ <br /> would serve the Town well if Selectman Manson would step down on any <br /> actions or discussions of the Keeter property. <br /> Paul Finn of the Ma.shpee Taxpayers Association gave congra.tula.tions <br /> to Town Counsel for the outstanding contribution he rade in the same <br /> paper Mr. Baker referred to, dealing with the important and disturbing <br /> facts brought out by what he wrote. He found it to be disturbing that <br /> there is even a question of this matter going forward with the problems <br /> that were cited. <br /> 7107 p.m. OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Sandwl* chZ,Mashpee Sgptage SeptaTreatment: <br /> Ir. Harrington noted the Board of Health is in a position to <br /> continue to support Weston and Samp n, e - r-e om ends the project g <br /> forward and fully fund the project with a. Com itr ent from Sandwich to <br /> reimburse after the feasibility study is completed. <br /> Selectman Lawrence concurs with the recommendation of the Board of <br /> Health and Kevin Harrington. Weston -and Sampson are more knowledgeable <br /> of our needs, He recommends to proceed with Weston and Sampson and the <br /> feasibility study, At the end of the study, the Town of Sandwich is to <br /> reimburse % regardless of the outcome. The Board of Health and sub. <br /> committee are in agreement as with members of the I a.shpee Board of <br /> Selectmen, <br /> The motion was made by Selectman Lawrence 'to notify the Selectmen <br /> in the Town of Sandwich that we will proceed with the study and at our <br /> completion of the feasibility study, the Town of Sandwich is to pay <br /> 50% of the cast done by Weston and Sampson, The motian was seconded by <br /> Selectman Hanson.
