BIJARD of SELECTMEN Page 2 <br /> MINUTES - ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING <br /> THURSDAY, JANUARY- 91 1992 � . <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to meet on Tuesday, January <br /> 14, 1992 with the Finance committee and School committee <br /> Members. Interviews and appointment of additional Finance <br /> Committee Members will be held at that time in a joint vote <br /> process . <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Keefer Property: , To be discussed at a future date. <br /> Selectman caffyn suggests to obtain a comprehensive package from <br /> Attorney Reardon as to communication with regards to the teeter <br /> Property. <br /> Hotel/Motel Taffies: The Board is in agreement to obtain a <br /> list from the Board of Health with regards to information of what <br /> is and can be rented for verification purposes of hotel/motel tax <br /> information. <br /> Condition of Boats: An inventory was obtained from Paul <br /> Somerville as to the condition of equipment and boats . It was <br /> forwarded to the DPW, Mr. Ryan and Water Nays corpmission <br /> 4 <br /> Personnel Board fir : selectman Jacobson suggests the <br /> Board Members review the report provided by Jane Stockbridge for <br /> review in early February. <br /> Collective Bargaining: A letter was received from the . <br /> Police Department in request to commence collective Bargaining* <br /> Upper Cape Cancer Study: The Lipper cape cancer study is due <br /> a <br /> to be released tonight indicates electmni Jacobson. <br /> Donation: A letter was sent to Limited Liquors in <br /> appreciation of the donation towards the Police Department ' s <br /> computer system. <br /> R <br /> SeaLine Bus bouts. If the RTA provides the signs, the DPW <br /> will install the signs for the bus route relates selectman <br /> i Jacobson. <br /> Bard. Secretary: Advertisement has been rade for the Board <br /> Secretary ' s position to the Finance Committees <br /> Water District's Letter: A letter was received from the <br /> Tater District in regards to negotiation of the Town ' s services <br /> for the District . <br /> Memo Dean Driscoll: A memo will be sent", to Mr. Driscoll <br /> indicating a good job performance in opening the school for <br /> activities for people of all ages . It is working out well. <br /> Building Department: The Board suggests to obtain copies of <br /> permits issued from the last twelve months, selectman Mills <br /> indicates there is at bylaw that restricts the number of permits. <br /> She asks if, it is being adhered to <br /> Proposed Article from DPW Director: Selectman Vaccaro asks <br /> if the proposed article for curb cuts .includes private roads? <br /> The Board is in agreement to meet with Greg Taylor. It was noted <br /> that he has met with Town counsel . <br />
