Reardon <br /> Absent : Selectman Gaff n <br /> Guests : Ed Baker, Deidre Greelishf Demise Sullivan, Paul Ott, <br /> George costa , Jane stocbride, Louisa Oakley, Gail McDonald, <br /> Chief Ridgeway, Bill Hauck <br /> The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jacobson at 7 :00 p.m. <br /> APPBovAL ' F MINUTES <br /> February 18 , 1992 - Amendment : February 24, 1992 : selectman <br /> Vaccaro asked that the minutes of February 241 1992 be amended to reflect <br /> on age two under cceance of Bid for General contractor - senior <br /> Center Addition; second paragraph: Review was made of a sub--contracting <br /> firm rather than LJH Contracting, <br /> Selectman Mills asked that the minutes of February 2 , 1992 be <br /> amended to reflect on page eight under TEAc Representative; to be in- <br /> cluded after the last sentence; The Board doesn ' t feel they can send <br /> Town counsel to the TEAc Meetings on a regular basis . <br /> *The. motion was made by selectman Mills to approve the amendment <br /> of February 1 , 1992 and the minutes of February 2 , 1992 as amended. <br /> The motion was seconded by selectman Vaccaro. The vote of the Board <br /> is unanimous . The vote is 4-0. - <br /> PUBLIC <br /> -- . .PUBLI DISCUSSION <br /> With concerns towards Donna ' s Lane and the financial condition of <br /> the Town, Ed Baker indicated if there is any additional cost to the Town <br /> to take the lana , it should come before the voters for a dclsion. <br /> Selectman Jacobson indicated there has been a discussion on Donna ' s <br /> Lane with the abutters as suggested by the DPW Director. If there is <br /> an agreement, it may benefit the taxpayers of Mashpee . The owners are <br /> to return to the Board . The intent of the Board is to listen to their <br /> proposal . consideration will be made at that time to submit an article <br /> in May relates Selectman Jacobson. <br /> EXECUTIVE SECRETARY WEEKLY REPORT: <br /> ; <br /> The Warrant for the peal Town Meeting closed today indicates <br /> Mr, Harrington. We are awaiting a figure to insert into the article <br /> for the proposed fifteen classroom addition to the Middle school . <br /> Monday night ' s agenda will include the articles in format for the <br /> Anfiu l Town Meeting. Explanations will be included. The Board has <br /> one month to finalize the document . <br /> A meeting .is scheduled with sandwich to discuss programs that can <br /> be jointly funded . Needs will be defined in terms of staffing and <br />
