The acceptance of the minutes of March 01 - 1992 will be deferred until the next scheduled meeting of the Board when a voting quorum is present . PUBLIC DISCUSSION. i Dr, Petti asked if there is direction in regards to the utilization of the presentation she made for Town Manager? She relates there should be clarification before the election as to the direction of the Board of Selectmen. Mixed messages are transmitted- to the public as to the decreasing responsibilities of the Executive Secretary. She indicates there are bylaws to adhere to , Selectman Vaccaro indicated that there is no final determinati n of -the proposed bylaw change. The article was placed prior to the closing of the Town Meeting Warrant. Future discussion will determine how the bylaw is to read .
