t_ BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page 2 MINUTES TUESDAY, APRIL 21 , 1992 EXECUTIVE SECRETARY Y WEE LY REPORT The Town Meeting Warrant was published on Friday, April 17, 1992 . The copies of the actual document will be available on April 24, 1992 for distribution, Public Hearing was conducted on Wednesday, April 15 , 1992 relative to the NHP interstructur l improvement of the Matshpee Village- formerly known as the Mashp a United Church Village. The application is being finalized and will be presented to the Board on Monday, April 27 , 1992 for approval and submission to EOD. Enclosed in the Board ' s packet for review is an inventory o the Town owned vehicles. Intern David Houghton will be leaving this week. He has accepted a job as, n Executive Secretary in the Town of Holbrook. With regards to Pilgrim Health care and the Managed Health Ogre Option, a presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29 , 1992 at the Middle School for school employee ' s and on Thursday, April 30, 1992 at the Town Hall for non-school employee ' s at 4; 00 p.m. Mr. Harrington recently attended at Municipal Quorum with Town Counsel on the American Disabilities Act . He recommends to schedule this a future agenda item for further discussion. e will convey the information received to Dr. DeMoura who is the Town ' s acting coordinator. Mr. Harrington recommends future attendance to the Municipal Meetings that are . held - n an annual basis . Selectman Caffyn asks if the year, rake and model will be included for all the vehicles in the vehicle inventory? Mr. Darrington relates the information will be received and entered into the list of the vehicle inventory. With regards to the Vehicle Policy, the draft has been finalized by Mr . Harrington and Mr. Houghton. It has been sent to the Fire, Police and DPW for final comment . The Board should be in receipt for the next scheduled meeting.
