The two time clocks are to be utilized in the two schools for - . custodians. She recommends to give the School Department the quotes obtained from the town offices. The estimates are a considerable amount less ranging from $2-300. Selectman caffyn agrees . It seems excessive in these times , she agrees to send a letter to the school Committee Chairman asking them to review the cost's . + . Mr. Harrington relates the equipment is installed and in place in the two . schools. It may be ill advised to delay payment , eletran caf fn suggests obtain advisement from the school Department and see if the time cloek.s can be returned. second check was held for payment for the survey work that was done on Popponesset Spit by the firm of Levy, Eldridge and Wagner. The amount is $500 and the Board asks why it was on last weeks warrant for payment? Mr, Harrington indicates he did not know this was an agenda item for discussion. The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. Selectman Vaccaro asks Mr* Harrington if he- is prepared to discuss this item tonight? Mr . Harrington .indicates that he will be better prepared if this was placed on the agenda of April 2 , 1992 .
