If it is critical- for <br /> their department , it should be planned without disruption to <br /> their department. Seasons should be a consideration. <br /> Personnel will be consulted to this concern. The hoard i <br /> in agreement that Mr. Fudala should tale his time off. <br /> Closing of Town Hall to Public; <br /> The computer will be down on Friday notes Mrs, Mason, The <br /> Department Heads' were- surveyed and it was -agreed that Friday is a <br /> slow day. Departments could' ue the additional time to organize <br /> their offices <br /> * *The motion was made by Selectman costa to approve of the <br /> closing of Town Hall on Friday, June 5 , 1992 to the general <br /> public. Advertisement will be made to give ample notice, The <br /> emotion. was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous . - . <br /> Computer System: <br /> The Board is in agreement to let Tont Pucci select a <br /> qualified person to aid with the computer system, <br /> Surplus. Equipment <br /> ***The motion was made by Selectman Nulls to declare the stoves <br /> as s-urplus equipment from the School Department , The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Costa , VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Notice will be given to non-profit organizations of <br /> availability of Town surplus. <br /> Senior center Update :: <br /> Selectman Jacobson relates that the septic situation has <br /> been resolved at the Senior center. The Board of Health is <br /> scheduled to meet tonight . Mr. McQuaid should sign the Building <br /> Permit . <br /> It is necessary to totally vacate the building motes <br /> Selectman Jacobson . She is currently looking for a place for the <br /> thrift shop rent free* <br />
