t , BOARD of SELECTMEN Page 2 MINUTES MONDAY, JUNE l , 199 APPROVAL OF MINUTES: May 18 , 1992 : It is the agreement of the Board to hold the acceptance of the Executive Session minutes of May 1 , 1992 for discussion and correction in Executive Session. May 26 , 1992 : ***The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve the minutes of May 26 , 1992 Regular Session. The motion was seconded .by Selectman Mills . VOTE : Unanimous 3-0 . Selectman Vaccaro and Selectman Jacobson 'abstained from voting. PUBLIC DISCUSSION: Richard Shaughnessy was present to request sanitary facilities to be installed at the South Cape Beach area in June and September . Facilities are currentl ' availale from July through Labor Bay notes Mr. Shaughnessy. Many people use this area . The appro,kimate cost for each unit is $55 -00. Mr. Shaughnessy recommends to install one handicap facility Y and one regular facility for each additional month. The estimated cost should not exceed $300. Mr. Taylor indicates that funds are available for this request . The Selectmen are in agreement to honor ,this - request since them are available funds -and the area is frequently used . Wayne Garrett was present as a Planning Board Member to discuss his disclosurewith- regards to Willowbend, He has joined the golf club and will step down on issues until he has received a response from the State Ethics Commission relative to a potential conflict of interest . Mr, Garrett indicates that he has no personal conflict with the residential units at Wil owbend . He is interested in the golf course . He indicates that if he steps down, an alternate member of the Planning Board will be required to vote . Mr. Garrett indicates that if there is a strong objection from the Board he would not join the club. The Board is pleased that Mr. Garrett has brought this to their attention. They suggest to wait for the comment from the State Ethics Commission .
