BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page MINUTES MONDAY, JUNE 2 , 2 Best Buy Beverage . Selectman Jacobson indicates her concern to the availability of a license . She would like a response from ADCC before a license is issued . *The motion was mace by Selectman Vaccaro to deny the license application request for reasons based upon the lack of population. The notion was seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE Tie. 2-2 , Selectman costa and Selectman Jacobson are in opposition. *The motion was made by Selectman costa to deny the application without prejudice to Best Buy Beverage or Deer Crossing. The emotion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. i *Selectman costa and Selectman Jacobson withdrew their motion. i *The motion was rade by Selectman costa to deny the application of Best Buy and Deer crossing. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Favorable . 3-24. Selectman Vaccaro and Selectman Mills are in opposition. p.m. Selectman cffyn called for a 5 minute recess. p.m. Meeting resumed . The Board will eater into Executive Session to review Personnel Evaluation. Attorney canter and Robert Connell were present and requested the discussion be held in Open Session. Under the provisions of chapter 39 , Section 23B( 2 ) , the Attorney in representation of Mr. Connell can only advise his client relates Attorney Morse . For the record , Attorney Carter -objects that he is not allowed to participate. Sele tmatn caffyn indicates that she was advised by Attorney Reardon and Attorney Gilman of this action.
