Evaluation: <br /> Selectman Caffyn related that she discussed the evaluation <br /> with Carol Jacobson. It was noted that Mrs, Jacobson expressed <br /> concern, she was advised by Selectman Caffyn to not participate <br /> in the evaluation and has not contributed any further to the <br /> evaluation. <br /> Mr. Connell indicates that this was a violation of tryst . <br /> The meeting with Selectman Caffyn was to be confidential * <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicates that the evaluation is personal <br /> and does not wish to comment to the public about Mr. Connell ' s <br /> evaluation. She notes that she will give Mr. Connell the <br /> opportunity to speak to -the Selectmen and review the performance <br /> objections item by item is Mr. Connell chooses to do so. <br /> Attorney Carter indicates that the Board is highly unfair to <br /> his client. Mr. Connell has give five years of outstanding <br /> service to. Mahpee. The -Board has the right to review each and <br /> every document in his personnel file . There is no negativity. <br /> Based on the two evaluations , without confronting Mro Connell i <br /> a total injustice to the Town of Maspee and to Mr. Connell . <br /> 8 :02 p.m. *Selectman Vaccaro has returned to the Meeting. <br /> COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> It was noted that FEMA has denied Mashp ee the extension to <br /> dispose of brush and debris from Hurricane Bob. The deadline is <br /> June 3 , 1992 . <br /> A. meeting is scheduled for July 6 , 1992 with John Friel to <br /> discuss Legal Services requirements. <br /> Best Buy Beverage, Inc, has appealed the decision of the <br /> Selectmen to deny an all alcoholic beverage license to this <br /> establishment . A hearing will be scheduled relative to this <br /> concern. <br /> Selectman Jacobson will attend the meeting on July 1 , 1992 <br /> relative to the Enhanced 1l system to be held in Barnstable. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Approval of Change of Manager App1.i cat i ons <br /> New Seabury Country Club : *Selectman Vaccaro has stepped <br /> down for this discussion. <br />
