The motion was seconded by selectman costa. VOTE: Unanimous . 5-00 Step Increase for Approval : Michael vault ***The mot ion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the step increase of Michael Evaul effective July 1 , 1992 . The Lotion was seconded by Selectman Mills . VOTE : Unanimous. . 5-0 * Step Increase for Approval : Varden Kelm *The motion was rade by selectman costa to approve the step increase for varden Kelley effective 7/4/92 . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . Step Increase: claire Maybury: **The moti-on was made by Selectman Mills to approve the step increase for Clare Maybury effective 7/4/92 . The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous. -o . Acceptance of Resignation from Town counsel : **The motion was made by Selectman costa to approve of the resignation of Town counsel effective August 1 , 1992 . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. Approval to Advertise for Town counsel Services : Selectman costa has recommended to review the option of an in-house attorney. Selectman Vaccaro indicated that the RFP may .not be the appropriate vehicle. He suggests to obtain the type of service the Town is looking for and determine the cost factor . He suggests the new Executive Secretary research this option. Selectman Mills notes that this type of position has to be created at Town Meeting. *Th-e Board is in agreement to maintain the present use of Town counsel with pending litigation . **The motion was made by Selectman Mills to develop an BFB relative to the advertisement for Town counsel Services.
