Barnstable County <br /> LST 1197 on Monday, July 6 , 1992 . <br /> Selectman Caffyn will take part in this event. If she is <br /> unable to attend, Selectman Jacobson will be the guest -to hoard <br /> the ship representing Mashpee. <br /> -COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Picnic Box: <br /> It wa-s noted that Cape Cod Restaurants is continuing to do <br /> business operating the fruit stand. The Board questions if it is <br /> legal to operate the fruit stand until a decision is rendered, <br /> Assistant Town Counsel will advise on Monday evening. <br /> Council on Aging Director: <br /> The Board will review this position on Monday. <br /> Mashpee Child Development: <br /> Future agenda item of discussion. <br /> � Propellant Bag Burning; <br /> Indication was given by the Commonwealth to conduct a test <br /> in late July relative to Propellant Bag Burning informs Selectman <br /> Cafyn. <br /> A letter will be sent to Colonel Keating to restate the <br /> Selectmen ' s position to be in opposition of this occurrence,. The <br /> Board will invite the Military to cone in and 'diseuss this <br /> review. <br /> Board of Assessors : <br /> It was noted that David Bailey is pleased with the awarding <br /> of the MMC Contract . <br /> Waterways Assistant <br /> ***The motion was made- by Selectman Jacobson to appoint Richard, <br /> Dannon as and ad-di tional Waterways Assistant.. ' The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimus . 4-0* <br /> Selectman Costa was not present for the vote. <br /> 5.:45 p.m. selectman Costa left the Meeting. p.m. Returned, <br /> r <br /> Selectman Jacobson notes that Mr. Hannon will be on the <br /> water this weekend . <br /> r <br />
