w -i BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES MONDAY, AUGUST 1 1992 Present : Selectman Caffynf Selectman Vaccaro, Selectman Mills, Selectman Jacobson, Selectman Costa Executive Secretary " ohert Whritenour Assistant Town Counsel Leslie Ann Morse Guests : Deidre Greelish, Ian Homeyer, Vernon Thomas , Hank Madden, Richard York, Catherine Conroy, Steve Ball, Rita Sousa, Jane Stockbridge, Ben Gordon, Paul Ott Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Caffyn at 7: 00 .m db APPROVAL of MINUTES June 2 , 1992 Executive Session June 3 , 1992 Executive Session June 9, 1992 Executive session June lo, 1992 Executive Session June 17, 1992 Regular Session **The motion was made by Selectman Mills to approve the minutes of June 2 , 1992 , June 3, 1992 , June 9, 1992 , June 10, 1992 and Tune 17, 1992 as presented. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-00 . June 5, 1992 : *Selectman Vaccaro asked that the minutes of June 5, 199.2 he held for further review of the tape. H recommends for the minutes to he more extensive than presented. June 29, 1992 : Selectman Dills asked that the minutes he amended to reflect on page three under Waterways Commission, third paragraph to read : The Waterways Commission meets monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 7 : 30 p.m. ***The -motion was made by Selectman Mills to approve the Regular Session minutes of June 29, 1992 as corrected . The motion was -seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 * **For clarification purposes , the- Executive Session minutes of Tune 29 , 1992 have not been approved to date by the Board . July 30, 1992 : The Board is in agreement to hold the acceptance of the July 30, 1992 Regular and Executive Session minutes at this time. The tape will be reviewed for further clarification. July/1989 Minutes : The minutes will be reviewed as to the Board ' s policy or action that may have been taken with regards to the PAP.
