It BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES MONDAY,--AUGUST 17 , 1992 Present : Selectman Caffyn, Selectman Vaccaro, Selectman Mills , Selectman Jacobson, Selectman costa Executive Secretary Robert Whritenour Assistant Town Counsel Leslie Ann Morse Guests : Al Polsl. , Dedre Greelish, Elizabeth Petti , Jane Stockbridge, Rita Sousa , Catherine Conroy, Noni Ferriday, Dean Driscoll , Denise Sullivan Meeting Called to order. by Chairman ca `fyn at 2 p.m. Selectman Caffyn gave thanks to Ray Martini for moving the desks into the Selectmen 's conference Room@ On behalf of the Board, selectman Jacobson presented Selectman Caffyn with a terrarium garden for her desk with special thanks for the time she has devoted to the Town over the past few months . Selectman caffyn gave appreciation towards the gift and returned the thanks to her fellow Board Members for the time' they have given during the absence of an Executive Secretary. APPROVAL OF MINUTES August 3 , 1992 : Selectman Vaccaro asked that the minutes be amended to reflect on page two, fifth -paragraph under Public Discussion. To omit the words,. that he grows in the last sentence to read : He notes that he sells corn on the corner of Orchard Road and Pte . 2 . Page three: typo - septage Page -eight : Selectman Mills asked that the minutes be amended to reflect under Outstanding Appointments : conservation Commission* Patrick Coffey, Elizabeth Terry and. John Johansen were appointed for a one year term as non-voting associate members . ***The motion was made by Selectman Mills to approve the 1e ula�r Session minutes of August 3, 1992 as corrected, The motion was seconded by Selectman Vaccaro, VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0.
