Article #28 : HOLD for. further discussion from the Treasurer, Mr. Whr•i hour -indicated that this will represent a tremendous cost savings to the Town. He relates that additional work is necessary as quarterly bills are received. This article is also beneficial to residents on a low or fixed income informs Mr. Whritnour. It enables them to make payments in a timely fashion on the quarterly basis , He rotes that there is no additional penalty Foklate payments .
