To read : Part-Time <br /> Program Supervisor . <br /> Pave nine: selectman' Vaccaro asked to delete the words from <br /> the Selectmen ' s account as it appears in paragraph two of the <br /> Executive secretary Weekly Report . To read : Selectman Vaccaro <br /> made mote to include the quarterly tax bills and the transfer of <br /> $2500 to repair the drainage at the Baptist Church. <br /> **The motion was made by Selectman Mills to approve the <br /> minutes of August 17, 1992 as corrected. The motion was seconded <br /> Selectman Jacobson. NOTE: Unanimous. -0 . <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE: <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicated that the Board of Selectmen will <br /> not be meeting in Executive Session tonight with regards to the <br /> Sergeant Mace issue due to the fact that all procedures relative <br /> to notifications were not met.. <br /> i <br /> The Board of selectmen will make a concerted effort for a <br /> full and fair ' reviow of the matter regarding Sergeant Mace, it <br /> is in the best interest of the community that this he done in a <br /> thorough and thoughtful manner. <br /> The Board of . electmen will re-schedule the discussion in <br /> Ex cuti e Session regarding Sergeant Mace with notice to be given <br /> to the public informs Selectman Caffyn . <br /> The Board of selectmen aro scheduled to eater into Executive <br /> Session after the Regular Session to discuss litigation relates <br /> Selectman Caffyn.
