Criteria for determining appropriate articles for the October Town Meeting are also included in the recommendation as submitted by the Finance Committee . Continental Cablevision re : October ic 1992 Rate Hike: Selectman . affyn indicates that a memo was received dated August 20 , 1992 from Continental Cablevision regarding rate changes to be effective October 1 , 1992 * As per the riot i ficat ion e the monthly Supercable rate will increase from $15.45 to $1'7 .95 .
